2012 State Games Programs Underway
Lots of State Games programs are either underway or already in the books for Summer 2012. Congratulations to all the athletes who have competed so far in events held by the Alabama Sports Festival, Florida Sports Foundation Sunshine State Games, Maine Games, State Games of Michigan, Star of the North Games, Powerade State Games of North Carolina, Georgia State Games, State Games of Mississippi, Badger State Games and Bluegrass State Games.
Lots of great competition is also on tap in other states throughout July, and we're excited to be hearing from medal winners who are ready to book their trip to Pennsylvania's Hershey-Harrisburg region for the 2013 State Games of America!

May 10, 2013 - Over 1,400 Florida amateur athletes will be in action this weekend competing in five sports of Florida’s Sunshine State Games at seven Florida locations. Now in its 34th year, Florida's Sunshine State Games offers amateur sports competitions to athletes of all ages on a variety of skill levels. January 28, 2013 - Michael Goldenberg, head coach of the South Florida Water Polo team, earned the Ted Newland Distinguished Men's Coaching Award (Developmental). He received the award at the USA Water Polo's Annual Awards dinner took place this past January 19 at the LAX Crowne Plaza in Los Angeles, California in conjunction with the USA Water Polo Assembly.
